 7 Type Of Business Letter

People in the workplace write business letters to do many things share ideas, promote products, or ask for help. A business letter is a document written for a formal purpose such as requesting information, stating a problem to do with a product or service, or placing an order. Putting the message in writing gives the writer to think about, organize, and edit what he or she wants to say. In addition, a written message becomes a record of important details for both the sender and the recipient.
1.      Order Letters
Order letters are sent by consumers or businesses to a manufacturer, retailer or wholesaler to order goods or services. These letters must contain specific information such as model number, name of the product, the quantity desired and expected price. Payment is sometimes included with the letter.

2.      Cover letters
Are extremely important when applying for a new position. cover letters should include a short introduction, highlight the most important information in your resume and elicit a positive response from your prospective employer. these two examples of cover letters are part of a larger section on the site providing all the information you will need on taking an interview in English during your job search.

3.      Making a claim

3 Style Of Business Letter
 
1.      Full Block.
Full block style is a letter format in which all text is justified to the left margin. In block letter style, standard punctuation is placed after salutations and in other headings. Open punctuation, however, refers to a modification of style where all nonessential punctuation is omitted. A few key factors will help you understand block style format and the difference that open punctuation makes.
2.      Semi-block style
